Issue

  • Single node intermittent reports unknown state within StorageGRID Manager
  • StorageGRID Notification (NODE_DOWN-MAJOR) ERROR ASUPs generated daily
  • Ping to node IP address possible while in unknown state, we cannot ssh
  • nodetool status executed on other nodes shows frequent DN status on the affected node(s)
  • storagegrid-status reports services up on affected node
