Issue

After decommissioning a StorageGRID appliance node from one site and moving/re-installing it at a new site, the Appliance Installer GUI fails to load the “Home” or “Configure Hardware/RAID Mode” tab. The following error is displayed:
  • 500: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR – A general error occurred
