Issue

  • Unable to access the storage node via Grid Manager
  • Unable to SSH to any interfaces of compute controller
  • No reply to ping on any interfaces of compute controller
  • No serial output on compute controller
  • Re-seat and/or powercycle of entire chassis do not change the situation
  • Storage controller is accessible and it indicates 99 which means normal
  • Unable to communicate with node alert is detected
