Issue

  • StorageGRID GUI > Maintenance > System > Software Update reports:

An error occurred during the most recent StorageGRID hotfix. You must retry the StorageGRID hotfix before you can upgrade to a new StorageGRID release or upgrade SANtricity OS. If you cannot apply the hotfix,contact technical support.

  • StorageGRID GUI > Maintenance > System > Software update > StorageGRID hotfix > Apply hotfix reports:

StorageGRID hotfix deployment completed with errors: Failed to apply the update to one or more nodes.

  • Hotfix Installation Progress for Primary Admin (PA) node reports: Error: Update installation timed out on [node_name]

  • nms.latest.log indicates connection timeout during Hotfix:

  • gdu-server.log reports following timeout:
