Issue

When updating the Disk Qualification Package (DQP) on ONTAP systems, a false-positive SPARES_LOW alert may be triggered.
This alert occurs because spare disks can temporarily become unrecognized during the DQP update process. Once the update completes,
the disks are correctly recognized as spares again, and the alert clears automatically.
EMS log:
[bg_disk_ddr_scanner_admin: disk.ddr.scan.summary:debug]: DDR Scan has completed. (… 1 dqp update …)
[dmgr_thread: raid.disk.inserted:info]: Disk 0a.01.8 … has been inserted into the system
[config_thread: raid.rg.spares.low:error]: /aggr1_n2/plex0/rg0
