Issue

Following an upgrade of the AWS SDK we begin receiving this error from the application using the AWS SDK. 
 
boto3.exceptions.S3UploadFailedError: Failed to upload FILE.log to SGRID_BUCKET/data/logs/FILE.log: An error occurred (NotImplemented) when calling the PutObject operation: A header you provided implies functionality that is not implemented: Transfer-Encoding
