Issue

  • Getting "Cassandra communication error" alerts intermittently.
  • The "Cassandra communication error" alerts are accompanied by "Unable to communicate with node." ("unresponsiveServices":"jmx") alerts
  • Cassandra is running as indicated by storagegrid-status
  • When the above alerts occur, there are no entries related to Cassandra restart in servermanager.log
