Issue

  • All Storage Nodes are Unknown state after the StorageGRID API gateway node shutdown.

  • From the bycast-err.log, can see the below error.
Stragename ADE: |21808388 0473654772 RCON aliv 2021-03-19T04:27:43.076102| ERROR 0663 RCON: No data or ALIV received for 45708443 us. Closing connection to NID 11579063
Stragename  ADE: |12086624 0627293817 RCON aliv 2021-03-19T04:27:43.486767| ERROR 0663 RCON: No data or ALIV received for 41774605 us. Closing connection to NID 17575872
  • The StorageGRID API gateway node is shutdown.
