Issue

  • Drives are locked and not accessible after loss of connection to external KSM
  • SANtricity displays 'Drive Locked-Drive Security Key Required' status
    • Attempts to disable external key management result in API3 error:
The operation cannot complete because a controller resource is being used by another process. If there are other array management operations in progress, wait for them to complete, and then retry the operation. If this message persists after all operations have completed, contact technical support. (API3)
Disk PSIDs (physical secure IDs) have been gathered and secure erased
