CSG-28113: Certain UI features cause users being logged out after upgrading to 12.0.0.9

Issue

After applying hotfix 12.0.0.9, accessing attribute charts in Nodes section, Storage grades or Support features such as Link cost, result in being redirected to the global dashboard page, or being logged out. 
 
nms.log will contain entries such as

NMS: |2026-10-22T10:47:58.448| WARN    User "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000" attempted to access [http://localhost:4567/api/localhost/config?xml=yes] for account "0" and was denied because of an incorrect access port (request type nil, required type "grid").
MI:  |2026-10-22T10:47:58.450| WARN    [http-nio-127.0.0.1-4568-exec-15] User.java:129: Request error during authentication: 403
