Keystone Collector fails to generate support bundle on Kerberized home directory

Issue

  • Generating a Support Bundle fails with error:
subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '['sosreport', '--batch', '-q', '--tmp-dir', '/home/<user>']' returned non-zero exit status 1.
  • User's home directory is mounted over the NFSv4 using Kerberization.  This makes the filesystem encrypted via Kerberos ticket, preventing the root user from access
