Issue

As a result of

Whenever SCE is attempting to delete a backup which is too recent (and may still be in use) the Backup log may report the following notification: Failed to delete one or more log backups. Go to the respective log folder in <path to files> location and delete the log backups manually to perform restore operation successfully.

If SCE is trying to remove the backup which has just been made, it may log the following error:
2022-02-08T11:09:24.2799729+01:00 Verbose SCE PID=[1111] TID=[1111] DeleteLogBackups - Deleting log backup folder [M:\ExchangeDBs\DB01\logs01\SceBackupInfo\Server1\DB01\DAG01_Server1_02-08-2022_11.08.08.5167] failed with error: The process cannot access the file 'E000000100.log' because it is being used by another process
The SMCORE log also reports a similar error:
Failed to delete one or more log backups.Go to the respective log folder in 'M:\ExchangeDBs\DB01\logs01\SceBackupInfo\Server1\DB01\DAG01_Server1_02-08-2022_11.08.08.5167'
