Issue

Upgrade of SCHANA plug-in from 4.7 to 4.7P2 fails with the following error in the SC job details dialogue:
 
Failed to enable plugin SAP HANA. Error: Error in invoking SCC RestEndpoint EnablePlugin : Plug-in host service is not available. Run 'systemctl start scc' on the host machine to start the host service. Check if the Plugin Service is down or not reachable.
