SnapCenter failed to discover the VMDK disks

Issue

VMDK disks are failed to discover on all the plug-in hosts with following exception.

SMcoreService.log:

ERROR SMCore_368 PID=[4992] TID=[49] WebException Encountered, Response null
ERROR SMCore_368 PID=[4992] TID=[49] Exception in method: InvokeXML.
System.Net.WebException: The remote name could not be resolved: 'mit-snapcenter1'
   at System.Net.WebClient.UploadDataInternal(Uri address, String method, Byte[] data, WebRequest& request)
   at System.Net.WebClient.UploadString(Uri address, String method, String data)
   at SnapMgrHelper.RestAdapter.InvokeThroughWebClient(InvokeParams invokeParams, WebHeaderCollection& responseHeaders, String data)
