SnapCenter cannot delete a clone since it is protected

Issue

When attempting to delete cloned database from SnapCenter, the following message appears in the Details and the SnapManagerWeb log of the deletion job

ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (Delete clone failed. The resource(s) 'DATABASE_NAME(,DATABASE_NAME,...)' are protected by the user(s) 'SNAPCENTER_USER(,SNAPCENTER_USER,...)' Remove the protection(s) and retry the operation)
