VMDK disks are not shown for a specific SCW Plug-In host

Applies to

  • SC Server 4.2.1 (SC) 
  • SnapCenter Plug-In for Windows 4.2.1 (SCW)  with VMDK disks.
  • SnapCenter Plug-In for vSphere 4.1.1.2197 (SCV) (Windows version installed locally on SC Server)

Issue

  • When clicking Refresh Disks, SC UI does not show the VMDK disks residing on the SCW Plug-In Host.
  • Refresh Disks job logs show the following errors:
