SnapCenter Server upgrade fails due to MySQL upgrade failure

Issue
- SnapCenter Server upgrade fails when attempting to upgrade MySQL but does not give a specific error.
- The
MySQLInstaller_<date>_<time>.log
(located in temp directory of logged in user) shows the upgrade as failed [example below shows an upgrade attempt of SnapCenter 4.6 (uses MySQL 5.7.36) to SnapCenter 4.7P2 (uses MySQL 5.7.39)]:
