SnapCenter Scheduled Jobs Fail due to RabbitMQ/Erlang Crash

Issue

After upgrading SnapCenter Server from 6.0 to 6.0.1P1, scheduled backup jobs intermittently stop running. The following errors were observed in the logs:

Scheduler.log

Unexpected connection shutdown. ReplyCode: 541, ReplyText: 'UnexpectedException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host..'
Unexpected channel shutdown. ReplyCode: 541, ReplyText: 'UnexpectedException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host..'

Windows Event Viewer System Log:

The Windows Error Reporting Service service terminated with the following error:The paging file is too small for this operation to complete

SnapCenter Application Log:

RabbitMQ: Erlang machine seems to die continuously, not restarted.
