SnapCenter SQL verification sub-job hung or stuck with status Running

Issue

  • After SQL backup job finishes successfully, verification sub-job shows state  "Running"
  • Trying to stop the verification sub-job results in error:  "Cannot cancel the job. Reason: Cancellation of job xxxx, of type Backup and status Completed with verification pending is not supported"
