Silent install of SnapCenter plugin for Windows (SCW) fails with unable to register Ontap VSS Harware Provider
(ISP Action): RegisterVSSProvider: ERROR: Failed to Configure the VSS Provider
(ISP Action): RegisterVSSProvider: Perform the Rollback of installed plugins
(ISP Action): RegisterVSSProvider: Rollback Msi: SCW Calling uninstall method.
(ISP Action): UninstallMsi: SCW not found or already uninstalled.
