Issue

  • SCV plugin is not available in VMware vSphere client on vCenter
  • Dashboard in SCV management GUI (https://<SCV_IP>:8080) displays:

vCenter Plugin connection has failed. Getting credentials failed; check...

  • Setting vCenter logon credentials from SCV management GUI (https://<SCV_IP>:8080) fails by error:

vCenter credentials update operation failed. Un-registered credentials found.
