SCV mount and unmount fail due to lack of permissions

Issue
- Attempting to mount datastore via SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere -> Mount Backup fails.
 vmcontrol_<JOB_ID>.logfor mount reports error:
Error during create NAS datastore and fault message array was null: null
com.vmware.vijava.vim25.NoPermission
- Attempting to unmount datastore via SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere -> Unmount fails.
 vmcontrol_<JOB_ID>.logfor unmount reports error:
Failed to delete volume clone <DATA_LIF>:/vol/<VOLUME>: Error: The storage system is not registered or configured, or the current user does not have the required permissions. Verify that the storage system is assigned and accessible to the current user.,
