Issue

  • SCV Management UI (https://SCV_IP_ADDRESS_OR_FQDN:8080) may be not loaded

  • Additionally, the SCV plugin dashboard loads with message "no healthy upstream" or Failed to load dashboard content

  • SCV appliance is up and running
  • The extension com.netapp.scv.client is not in the vCenter Managed Object Browser (MOB) by selecting Content -> ExtensionManager in MOB https://<vcenter_fqdn>/mob
