Issue

SCE backups failing with retention timeout:
SMCORE_XXXX.log:
<Timestamp> ERROR SMCore_XXXX PID=[XXXX] TID=[XXXX] WebException Encountered, Response null
<Timestamp> ERROR SMCore_XXXX PID=[XXXX] TID=[XXXX] Exception in method: Invoke.
System.Net.WebException: The operation has timed out
 
This is accompanied by entries or errors in SnapDriveSALDebug log files on the plugin host:
 
SnapDriveSALDebug.log:
<timestamp> Verbose SAL PID=<XXXX> TID=<XXXX> Remove Snapshot <SnapShotName> on <ServerName>_<ResourceGroup> is failed. Error: 102
