Issue

  • Plug-in installation fails due to one or more minimum requirements missing on the host
  • Errors seen in the upgrade log in C:\Windows\SnapCenter plugin on the plug-in host:

Product: SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft SQL Server -- Error 1920. Service Plug-in for SQL Server Service (SCSQLPluginService) failed to start.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
Error 1920. Service Plug-in for SQL Server Service (SCSQLPluginService) failed to start.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

(ISP Action): SILENT INSTALL : ERROR : Unable to complete the installation.
(ISP Action): SILENT INSTALL : ERROR : Check for error in the logs and retry the installation.
