Issue

The backups have stopped working, failing with the following error messages:
 
Another quiesce operation or watchdog is already running on this config
SCC-00164: Application quiesce for plug-in [hana] failed with exit code [100] and with error :
 
Similar errors appear during the unquiesce attempt:
 
Another unquiesce operation is already running on this profile/config HANA_RESOURCE
SCC-00161: Application unquiesce for plug-in [hana] failed with exit code [100] and error :
