Changed MSSQL host log directory, SnapCenter still saves logs in old path

Issue
- Host log directory (HLD) path has changed for Always-On Availability Group
- For one or more hosts SnapCenter continues saving logs to previously configured HLD path
- When trying to change HLD, SnapCenter logs show:
ERROR SnapManagerWeb PID=[2868] TID=[89] ErrorCode (129), ErrorMessage (Failed to find host (sqlhost.example.com). Verify if the host is up and running and check the DNS and firewall settings. No such host is known.)
