  • Although SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere (SCV) role should be assigned as a global permission with "Propagate to children" option enabled, it's not described as a requirement for vCenter Server RBAC in SCV product document.
  • When an SCV role is applied to limited objects instead of using global permission, SCV can receive unexpected com.vmware.vijava.vim25.NoPermission exception.
