Issue

When two-way SSL is enabled, communication from the plugin host to the server fails for scc plugins, however the spl backups are successful.
The error message seen when the SCC attempts to directly access the SnapCenter Server's services, is:
com.netapp.plugincreator.common.restclient.SMSClientImpl -Error in sending request
javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: java.io.IOException: IOException invoking https://<SNAPCENTER_SERVER_FQDN>:8146/JobStatusService.svc/UpdateJobStatus: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unsupported protocolTLS
