CSNAPC-8711: Allow sudoers deployment of Linux and AIX plug-in package, but using root for the services as an option

Issue

Due to security, root is often not allowed to login via SSH, which makes deployment using a non-root account a requirement.
However, having root used for the services gives you extra advantages.
The request is for an extra option to be added in the deployment GUI for Linux (the credentials settings) to choose root as the service account, despite the SSH account being a non-root account (*).
