Issue

  • Directory remoteIpMoProxy_FailoverClusters_2.0.0.0_localhost_XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX hosting {}.psd1{}, {}.psm1{}, and .ps1xml files is created in %TEMP%
of SnapCenter administrator user on the plug-in host when running SnapCenter Plug-in for Microsoft Windows (SCW) backup job with Windows Server Failover Cluster (WSFC).
  • The directory has the following 3 files:

FailoverClusters.psd1
remoteIpMoProxy_FailoverClusters_2.0.0.0_localhost_XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX.format.ps1xml
remoteIpMoProxy_FailoverClusters_2.0.0.0_localhost_XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX.psm1

  • The files and directory accumulate and consume disk space because they are not removed even after a backup job is completed
