CSNAPC-10961: Restore of a Failover Cluster Hyper-V VM fails if cluster owner node is not the same node as the Hyper-V VM registered node.

Issue

When attempting to restore a Hyper-V VM that is exists in a Failover Cluster the issue fails with the error:
An unexpected error occurred while destroying checkpoint of the VM with UUID <VM UUID>:
DestroyCheckpoint thrown an exception reason = Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.
