CSNAPC-10801: Storage Plugin installed on Windows host vanishes from Snapcenter UI after upgrade

Issue

After Snapcenter upgrade from 6.1P2 to 6.1P3 Storage Plugin disappear from the host plug-in.
Host will be shown without the storage plugin in SnapCenter UI. 
Refresh host does not solve the issue, Need to do the install procedure again.
