CSNAPC-10088: Resource group modification fails due to multiple entries for same file system in NSM Db

Issue

When attempting to modify a Resource Group that contains a filesystem with a "X" preceding a disk object, the modification fails with an error stating the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
