Issue

Virtual machines (VMs) that are accessed through Network File System (NFS) datastores appear to be inaccessible in VirtualCenter or in the VI Client that is directly accessing the ESX server. However, the VM files are accessible from the command line in /vmfs/volumes/<datastore>/. This problem occurs after rebooting ESX or the filer. The command esxcfg-nas -r does resolve the issue.
