Issue

VSC ova deployment fails with the error:

Error transferring file to https://xxxx.com/test/xxxxx-yyyyyy-zzzzzz-yyyyyyyy/disk-2.vmdk: Connect to xxx.xx.xx.xx:443 [/xxx.xx.xx.xx] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused), note that HTTP/s proxy is configured for the transfer
