VVOL Provisioning: Issues with NDMP node-scope-mode

Issue
When provisioning a new VVOL datastore, the following "There are no matching storage systems found for the selected SCP" warning is seen:
This warning is seen when:
- There is a storage system that matches the capabilities of the selected SCP (storage capability profile)
- NDMP node-scope-mode is enabled on storage
When checking the VASA Provider logs (vvolvp.log), the following is seen in the getClustersForSCP workflow:
