Issue

  • Provisioning a datastore as a FlexGroup with OTV through VMware vCenter fails with error:

Error: Insufficient privileges: user '<OTV_User>' does not have write access to this resource

  • vsc.log shows the error:

"message": "At least one aggregate assigned to Vserver "<Vserver_name>" with sufficient space and a homogeneous storage type is required on every node on the cluster to provision a FlexGroup volume.",
