VASA Provider: Unable to create VM on vVol datastore with ESXi 8.0U1

Issue

When attempting to provision vVol datastores using VP,  files cannot be written to the datastore, rendering the datastore unusable. From vvolvp.log within the VP logs, the following error can be seen.

2024-02-28T14:03:54,105Z (ERROR)[pool-3-thread-87] [] com.netapp.vasa.vvol.exceptions.OutOfResourceException: Container of f4efe5e54eb9427baeb500000098b7bd only has size of 51,200 and vVol was requested of size 261,120.
