Storage Replication Adapter: Array pair not found at site

  • Storage Replication Adapter (SRA) 9.12 and later
  • VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) 8.x
  • ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere (OTV) 9.12 and later

Issue

  1. When attempting to enable a newly created SRM array pair, a similar error can be seen.

Array pair 'Cluster1:svm1' -'Cluster2:svm2' not found at site 'Recovery_Site'

  2. SRM symptoms :

  • SRM issues: SRM Server cannot connect to VR Management Server at "https://x.x.x.x:8043'. Version not supported
  • Any one of the vCenter client plugin status is in failed state for VMware Site recovery, refer to the below error.
