SRM does cannot discover SRA after upgrade

Issue

  • After upgrade of the SRA SRM is not able to discover the storage adapter
  • On the SRM host two directories containing the Netapp SRA are seen:
C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager\storage\sra\CMODE_ONTAP – Copy
C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager\storage\sra\CMODE_ONTAP
  • vmware-dr-XXX.log shows SRM trying to use both directories
