SRA discoverArrays fails because the OTV build versions are different

Issue
- Configuring the local array in SRA throws:
SRA command 'discoverArrays' failed. Authentication failed. Invalid management IP address and/or invalid credentials. Ensure that you provided the correct management IP address with a valid username and password.
- The credentials being used to configure the local array are the same as the ones used to configure the Disaster Recovery (DR) site array
- DR site array is being configured fine
