OTV : Insufficient NetApp SRA user account role permissions

Issue

SRM test failover is failing with error :

Failed to create snapshots of replica devices. Failed to create snapshot of replica device //svmxx.
SRA command ‘testFailover’ failed for device '//svmxx.
Unable to create the temporary writeable copy.
Ensure that the aggregate or parent volume. if using QTrees. has at least as much free space as the size of the volume being cloned. Also, ensure that the aggregate is added to the aggr-list of the SVM.
