"No storage adapters installed" when SRA password uses special character

Issue

  • After uploading the SRA plugin to the SRM Appliance, the Storage Replication Adapters page in SRM reports the message No storage replication adapters installed.

Example:

Storage Replication Adapters

  • While setting the username and password for SRA adapter by running the following command: perl command.pl -I <UA-IP> administrator <UA-password>. if you receive below error:  sh: syntax error: unexpected newline
