Issue

  • OTV Host discovery fails for ESXi hosts with HostFibreChannelOverEthernetHba adapter.
  • This can cause failures in other tasks dependent upon the host discovery operation.
  • For example, SRA failover operations may fail with the following error in the UI: 
    Failed to promote replica devices. Timed out (300 seconds) while waiting for SRA to complete 'failover' command.
