OTV 10.X - NFS Datastore provisioning Mount Failure

  • ONTAP Tools for VMware vSphere 10.5.x

Issue

  • ESXi hosts are unable to mount NFS datastore provision via ONTAP Tools for VMware (OTV) version 10.5.
  • Manual mounting of NFS datastores is successful, but automatic provisioning through OTV fails.
  • In OTV 10.x, the first available NFS data LIF is selected automatically, which may not the NFS data LIF has access.
