OnCommand Insight Services will not start after Java update

Issue
After Java update, OnCommand Insight services will not start.
The webUI will usually show Error: 404 not found, or another error that indicates that the server service cannot be reached.
Check the Windows Services to verify the following Services are running:
- SANscreen Server
- SANscreen Acq
The Perf Engine service depends on which version of OnCommand Insight is being used.
- (7.2.X) Casandra
- (7.3.X) Elastic Search
The MYSQL service should not be impacted by Java.
