User or group 'name' not found when accessing AIQUM

Issue
When attempting to authenticate with Active IQ Unified Manager, the below errors are logged:
- UM Web UI:
User or group 'name' not found in the authentication server. Either the user or group does not exist or it could not be found using the current authentication settings.
- UM Log Shows Error:
