Unified Manager maintenance_console menu doesn't print menu options

Issue

When accessing the Maintenance Console for a Active IQ Unified Manager instance deploy on RHEL/CentOS, the maintenance_console command prints the Version, System ID, and Status output, but it doesn't print the Main Menu options and exits without error.
