Unified Manager fails to gather performance due to Error: Server returned HTTP response code: 401

Issue

  • Each screen that appears when selecting menu from INVENTORY shows all performance values as N/A
  • AIQUM WebUI indicates that Performance data collection failed
  • au.log in AIQUM reports error:

ERROR [normal-perf-pool-18] c.o.s.a.d.n.NetAppOCIEPerformancePackage (NetAppOCIEPerformancePackage.java:96) - Unable to retrieve samples from the performance archive DataSourceErrorException: Communication problem with the cluster: <CLUSTER_IP>, Failed to download Archive files. Error: '<CLUSTER_IP>: Download wait timed out after: 240000 milliseconds. This could happen if the authentication to the cluster fails. Please check the apache-error and mgwd logs of the cluster.' on try 37 out of 37
